● Performing operational audit by analyzing work orders, variance analysis, store issuance and returns.
● Verification of loans & advances to employees, contractors and clearing agents.
● Consumption analysis of top consuming items of inventory.
● Verification of aged receivables & aged payables.
● Performing audit of purchase department (PR & PO pendency, rate comparison, verification of rates from
market, inspection of documents from purchase requisition to goods received note).
● Performing audit of human resource department (i-e verification of increments, allowances, attendance,
checking approval of new joiners/ any special increments/ manual attendance/ extra leaves etc. and checking
final settlement of leaving employees).
